• Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
• Form I-485 Supplement A, Adjustment of Status Under Section 245(i)
• Instructions for Form I-485 Supplement C, HRIFA
• Instructions for Form I-485 Supplement E, T and U Nonimmigrants

The new editions are dated 10/05/15. The edition date can be found at the bottom of the page on the Form and Instructions.
