ABA Voices Concerns Over Biden Asylum Rule

"Dear Secretary Mayorkas: I write on behalf of the American Bar Association (ABA) to express our serious concerns regarding the implementation of the “Circumventing Lawful Pathways” rule (CLP rule) now governing the process for individuals and families seeking asylum at the southwest border.
