Musk, SpaceX Push Back Against DOJ OCAHO Complaint

On Aug. 23, 2023 the Justice Department filed a complaint with OCAHO alleging that Elon Musk's SpaceX discriminated against asylees and refugees in its hiring processes.

In response, SpaceX filed suit against DOJ in federal district court.  News here.

Since the OCAHO docket is closed to the public, we don't know if SpaceX has answered the OCAHO complaint yet.
