Insurance for Cyber Risks in M&A Transactions

This practice note, drafted by Jennifer H. Thiem and Jeffrey J. Meagher of K&L Gates LLP, discusses two important options for forward-thinking buyers in an M&A transaction to consider: stand-alone cyber insurance and representations and warranties insurance.
