- Nevada: In Martel v. HG Staffing, LLC, the Nevada Supreme Court addresses four topics involving wage and hour laws: issues involving the statute of limitations for wage claims; requirements of a valid collective bargaining agreement; the overtime exemption in NRS 608.018(3)(e); and finding that claims under NRS 608.040do not extend the limitations periods for underlying wage claims.
