Public companies are required to file periodic reports with the SEC by certain deadlines, according to their status as a “non-accelerated,” “accelerated,” or “large accelerated” filer, or a foreign private issuer (among other criteria). Consult this calendar for a look at the filing deadlines affecting public companies’ most commonly-filed forms; an overview of those forms; weekends and holidays on which no filings may be made; and EDGAR availability.
