Summer Heat Calls for a Refresher on California’s Consumer Privacy Law
While we anticipate a rulemaking update from the California Privacy Protection Agency soon (on the agenda for their May 26th board meeting), get a refresher from this state Q&A practice note covering the key requirements of comprehensive consumer data privacy legislation in California, including California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) amendments to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.
