For the fourth year in a row, Martindale-Hubbell® maintains lead as the #1 online destination to find attorneys according to comScore Media Metrix custom reports* April 17, 2008 — New York, NY, April 17, 2008 - Individuals, small business owners and corporate attorneys seeking to hire legal counsel use resources from Martindale-Hubbell® more than its leading competitor, according to 2007 monthly data by comScore Media Metrix. The 2007 comScore Media Metrix monthly reports measured traffic patterns at competing online attorney directories. In particular, comScore reported more combined unique visitors to Martindale-Hubbell sites martindale.com® and lawyers.comSM than competing directories when seeking a lawyer. For example, according to the custom reports, in 2007 users of Martindale-Hubbell online: • Viewed a total of eight million pages on average each month – 132 percent more than the next most popular online resource for finding attorneys. • Spent an average of four minutes per visit compared to a two minute average at the next most popular online resource for finding attorneys. • Viewed on average six pages per visit compared to only three pages viewed per visit at the next most popular online resource for finding attorneys. • Spent a total of five million monthly minutes on average compared to only two million monthly minutes on average on the next most popular online resource for finding attorneys.
