Acquisition Strengthens LexisNexis® Practice Management Portfolio in Support of Company’s Total Practice Solutions Strategy July 9, 2007 — New York, NY, July 9, 2007 - LexisNexis today announced it has acquired Nashville-based Juris, Inc., the leading provider of time, billing, and accounting software for mid-sized law firms. “Juris adds another market-leading product to an impressive LexisNexis® portfolio of Practice Management products.
