LexisNexis Announces Realigned Organizational Structure to Advance Total Solutions Strategy and Augment Customer Experience
December 7, 2007 — New York, NY, December 7, 2007 - LexisNexis announced plans today to realign its global and U.S. organizational structure and implement new initiatives to expand its Total Solutions strategy. These changes are designed to enhance customer experience and coordinate solutions lines across all markets served by LexisNexis and to deliver a clear message of the value of LexisNexis globally. The new organizational structure and initiatives include coordinating the management and development of solutions to meet customers’ needs at both the local and global level; unifying the U.S. legal businesses into a single organization; enhancing global coordination of product development, editorial and production, customer support; and continued investment to augment customers’ experiences. The changes include establishment of a unified strategic marketing function under a Chief Marketing Officer to lead the company’s global marketing organization to effectively communicate the value of the LexisNexis brand and the increasing identification of LexisNexis with Total Solutions offerings.
