No. 109), Defendants' Opposition to the Motion (Doc. No. 116), and the Reply in Support of the Motion, the arguments made by counsel for the parties at the March 8, 2012 hearing, it is ORDERED 1 that the Motion (Doc. No. 109) is GRANTED.
