Judgment vacated, and case remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit with instructions to direct the District Court to vacate as moot its April 17, 2020, order granting plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction. See United States v. Munsingwear, Inc., 340 U. S. 36, 71 S. Ct. 104, 95 L. Ed. 36 (1950).
