ORDER

On February 4, 2021, Magistrate Judge Currault signed an Order and Reasons¹ granting in part and denying in part defendants' motion² for enforcement of the protective order. Magistrate Judge Currault also recommended that the Court extend the parties' motion deadlines by two weeks from the date of her order.³

On January 25, 2021, the Court set a briefing schedule for defendants to file a motion for partial summary judgment on whether the trade secrets that plaintiff has identified qualify as such.⁴ Since then, the parties have participated in a status conference,⁵ and have engaged in motion practice⁶ on issues that were relevant to the forthcoming partial summary judgment motion. On February 4, 2021, the Court granted⁷ defendants' unopposed motion for a seven-day extension to the briefing deadlines.⁸ Currently, defendants' motion for partial summary judgment is due by February 15, 2021, and plaintiff's response is due by March 1, 2021.⁹ Because the parties have been litigating matters that are antecedent to the motion for partial summary judgment, the Court finds good cause to grant the extension that Magistrate Judge Currault recommends. [*3] 

Defendants' motion for partial summary judgment must be filed by FEBRUARY 18, 2021. Plaintiff's response is due by MARCH 4, 2021. Defendants' reply brief must be filed by MARCH 11, 2021, at which time the motion will be submitted.
