A former KRC herself, Lindsey brings more than 15 years of experience working with law schools and law firms to help customers connect with the right solutions for their workflows.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Based in Memphis, TN, Lindsey is licensed to practice law in Tennessee. She earned her J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and her M.S. in Information Science from the University of Tennessee&amp;ndash;Knoxville.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys chipping away at her never-ending TBR book list, cheering on her beloved UT Vols, and traveling to destinations both exotic and cozy. She&amp;rsquo;s a proud Swiftie, loves the fall season, and relishes life in Memphis with her husband, two kids, and three dogs.&lt;/p&gt;

With over 20 years of experience in corporate and academic libraries, she brings a deep understanding of the unique needs of her clients. She began her career at the University of Michigan Law Library before moving to roles at Infotrieve Inc. and as the Manager of Library and Information Resources at a major pharmaceutical company.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Nikki is an active member of the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL) and the Law Library Association of Greater New York (LLAGNY). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Michigan and an MSLS degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When she&amp;#39;s not helping clients with legal research, you can find Nikki wrangling two toddlers and a new puppy at her home on Long Island. She has firsthand experience with the rewarding chaos that comes with managing both work and a bustling family life.&lt;/p&gt;

Additionally, during a multi-year period away from the company, he worked as a contract librarian and researcher for several law firms and in the library at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;His roles at LexisNexis prior to joining the KRC team in 2017 include being a training consultant and as an Area of Law Applications Consultant on the West Coast, presenting for firms in the Greater Bay Area, Los Angeles, Portland, Seattle, and Denver.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Loyd&amp;rsquo;s experience goes far beyond his extensive experience in the legal industry and is one of those people said to have a &amp;ldquo;portfolio career.&amp;rdquo; He was on faculty at John F. Kennedy University from 1983-2021, and at Atlantic University since 2011. He is a professional speaker and has both taught public speaking and acted as a public speaking and media skills coach. Well known for the topic and his expertise, he currently teaches online Parapsychology courses for the Rhine Education Center and is an often-requested guest for podcasts (and the occasional TV show).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;He is a published author with 10 nonfiction titles, and co-author of two mystery novels. He occasionally performs professionally as a mentalist and also holds a certificate as a professional chocolatier (something many librarians have experienced).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As if that&amp;rsquo;s not enough, he is President of the boards of two nonprofit organizations: the Rhine Research Center and the Forever Family Foundation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Loyd received his Bachelor&amp;rsquo;s degree in Cultural Anthropology from Northwestern University, and his Master of Science degree in Parapsychology from John F. Kennedy University.&lt;/p&gt;

With over 30 years of experience under her belt, she&amp;#39;s worked with corporations and law firms to roll out innovative insights solutions and spent 20 years in New York as the Business Development Insights &amp;amp; Competitive Intelligence Director at Turner Broadcasting.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A proud graduate of Columbia University&amp;#39;s Melvil Dewey library school, where she was part of the last graduating class, Joyce is also active in AALL and LLSDC. Joyce calls Great Falls, Virginia home, where she spends most of her time with her favorite &amp;ldquo;child,&amp;rdquo; Lexi Lou&amp;mdash;her beloved Shepherd rescue. She also has two daughters, one in college and one in grad school, and she travels as much as possible.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Jocelyn&amp;rsquo;s previous roles include Reference Librarian at the Fordham Law School, Manager of Library Services at the law firm of Gardere Wynne Sewell, and Associate at Schulte Roth &amp;amp; Zabel. She has taught Basic Legal Research at Fordham since 2017.&lt;/p&gt;

And prior to that, I was a Business Researcher for Ernst &amp;amp; Young, Center for Business Knowledge in Chicago, IL.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;ldquo;This role is ideal for me - I perceive it as being a librarian for librarians. I assist librarians by troubleshooting challenging research questions with them, or finding answers related to products, or consulting on workflows for a project. Every day is different, and every day is interesting. My creativity and ingenuity are constantly challenged! And I interact with smart and talented people, librarians!&amp;rdquo;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To maintain balance, I meditate, walk, and practice Pilates. I also read, solve crossword puzzles, and usually have a jigsaw puzzle out and being worked on. I volunteer on the alumnae board of Magnificat High School and on the board of Friends of Mothers &amp;amp; Infants at MetroHealth Hospital. I am the coordinator of family events, friend happenings, and fun adventures!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am active in many professional associations. She is a member of the Chicago Association of Law Libraries (CALL), the Law Librarians Association of Wisconsin (LLAW), and the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I received my B.A. in History from Xavier University in Cincinnati and my M.S. in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.&lt;/p&gt;
