Jocelyn Sagherian - Knowledge & Research Consultant
Jocelyn is a Knowledge & Research Consultant at LexisNexis. She serves legal information professionals in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
Jocelyn started her career as a litigation associate, specializing in employment law, at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. In 2010, she was an Account Executive within the LexisNexis law school team. Thereafter, she obtained her MLS and became the Manager of Library Services at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP in Dallas, TX. Jocelyn returned to New York and worked as a Reference Librarian at the Maloney Library at the Fordham University School of Law where she also served as an adjunct professor for the Legal Practice Technology and Basic Legal Research courses. She continues to teach at Fordham as an adjunct professor.
Jocelyn rejoined Lexis in 2020 as a Practice Area Consultant working with Am Law firms in New York City, providing in-depth research assistance, training, and guidance to attorneys, paralegals, and library professionals on the products and services contained in their Lexis contract.
Jocelyn received her BA from The University of Florida, her JD/MPA from The George Washington University Law School, and her MLS from The University of Buffalo (S.U.N.Y.). She is admitted to practice law in the state of New York. She also coauthored, The Evolution of the Law Firm Library Function: Transformation and integration into the business of law.
