Creating a Class Action Alert in CourtLink

You can easily create an Alert in CourtLink notifying you of any newly filed cases that a U.S. District Court or the Court of Federal Claims designates as a class action.

You do not need to create a term search to identify these cases, you can use the Federal Court Options, and select Class Action:

After running the search, you click on the bell icon to create an Alert:

And the dialog box affirms you are creating a Class Action Alert:
