Use Lex Machina Event-to-Event Timing Analytics to Inform Litigation Strategy

Lex Machina has enhanced the Event-to-Event Timing Analytics available to help you determine strategy and gain insights from analyzing federal district court timelines.

You now can see the time between two procedural events by selecting a starting event from the “Show timing events beginning from” dropdown and the list of valid subsequent event will automatically update based on your selection.

This allows you to focus on the specific events you are most interested in seeing; and then you can begin to understand the timing related to those specific events. And all of this is in support of determining the litigation strategy your team is planning in that court.
