Using the Vault in Protégé™ for Ongoing Client and Case Research

One of the most practical uses of the Vault in Protégé is creating a centralized research repository for ongoing client matters. You can use the Vault to continuously collect and organize relevant documents and research related to that client or case.

Over time, the Vault becomes a searchable knowledge repository that allows you to quickly pull insights, summaries, quotes, timelines, and analysis when attorneys or researchers need information fast.

One case would be to use a Vault to track research related to a specific case or client.  This can be extremely useful when attorneys request executive quotes or historical statements or a timeline of events. 

Creating a Timeline and Extracting Quotes from a Vault:

• Click on the + and select specific Vault and select specific documents to analyze
  
  
  
• Then Prompt the Vault to extract what you need. For example, Create a timeline of events in reverse chronological order: 
  
  
• You can continue to garner insights from the selected Vault, for example ask Protégé to Provide quotes from the CEO:
  
  

Protégé quickly extracted and summarized relevant information from the stored documents, allowing users to efficiently identify key executive statements without manually reviewing every source.
