CourtLink® Adds Coverage for Pennsylvania’s Erie County Court of Common Pleas

We are pleased to announce that on September 4, CourtLink® will expand its Pennsylvania state court coverage to include the Erie County Court of Common Pleas.

Located in northwestern Pennsylvania along Lake Erie, Erie County has approximately 266,000 residents and includes the cities of Erie and Corry. The new CourtLink coverage will include Civil, Family, and Probate cases from January 2021 forward, with online court documents available for select dockets.

At launch, Snapshot complaint summaries will also be available within CourtLink dockets and through alerts. These summaries will help researchers quickly understand newly filed complaints, monitor litigation, and identify matters that may require further review.

This expansion provides researchers with greater access to Pennsylvania state court information and additional tools for monitoring and evaluating new litigation.
