New Enhancement to Shepard's® Graphical History on Lexis+®

Researchers need a way to understand the full litigation history of a case including ones that have many history events. Currently, the graphical history map includes the most important cases in the history chain.

The Shepard’s® graphical history map now includes filters to help researchers more quickly view certain types of history (ex: Judgments/Dismissals, Stays, Habeas & Post-Conviction Proceedings, and more.) Only those categories that have case history related to each topic will show in the list of filter options. 

Click on Judgments/Dismissals to see nodes added to the graph and the legend changes to include the selected category.

Select Other Decisions to see stacked nodes and an added court level.
