In December 2019, Jim was awarded the Meritorious Service Award from the U.S. Treasury Department for his service and leadership during Tax Reform implementation. Through his experience, Jim brings a strong understanding of tax policy considerations and the related political processes to RSM. \n \n \n \n \n \n Chris Dezinno Managing Editor Tax Authority \n \n \n Chris DeZinno joined Law360 in 2013 to build out the company&#39;s tax news offerings before serving as D.C. Burea Chief for two years. In 2017, Chris oversaw the launch of Law360&#39;s premium tax news offering, Tax Authority, and has since served as the product&#39;s managing editor. Chris earned his law degree from the University of Connecticut and his masters in tax law from the Dale E. Fowler School of Law at Chapman University. \n \n \n \n \n \n Robert J. Kiggins Partner &amp; Tax Practice Chair Culhane Meadows \n \n \n After over 40 years of legal practice, Mr. Kiggins, a Partner and the Tax Law Practice Chair of the law firm of Culhane Meadows, has gained considerable experience in corporate finance and tax matters regarding the investment, insurance, technology, medical and financial industries. More recently Mr. Kiggins has started to focus his professional attention on taxation of cross border transactions. He holds a LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law and a J.D. degree from the Cornell Law School, and is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and the State of New York. \n \n \n \n \n \n Todd Buell Senior Correspondent Law360 \n \n \n Todd Buell has covered international tax matters as a Senior Correspondent for Law360 out of Brussels since 2018. He reports on issues such as digital taxation, minimum taxation, and public country-by-country reporting. His reporting has been cited in communication between the U.S. Senate and the Treasury and in academic work. Prior to joining Law360, Todd worked for the Wall Street Journal/Dow Jones Newswires and Market News International in Frankfurt.
