LexisNexis® CounselLink® is pleased to announce a new feature, powered by the Lex Machina® Legal Analytics® engine, to help general counsels identify the most appropriate outside attorneys and law firms to meet their litigation needs.

Outside Counsel Selector, now accessible through CounselLink, is available to existing CounselLink customers as part of a commercial preview running through the end of 2024.

For corporate legal departments using CounselLink, Counsel Selector reduces the need for large-scale and time-intensive searches for new outside counsel and optimizes lawyer and law firm selection using Lex Machina data and analytics.

Counsel Selector delivers instant comparisons of prospective firms based on criteria like jurisdiction and practice area. Results show litigation experience, number of cases litigated, case resolutions, findings and remedies, and total damage awards.
