USCIS Validation Instrument for Business Enterprises (VIBE): How Is It Working?Wednesday, January 11, 2012 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. EST
This teleconference is an opportunity to learn about the experience of employer-petitioners and their representatives with the Validation Instrument for Business Enterprises (VIBE) used by USCIS. VIBE is a tool designed to enhance USCIS adjudications of certain employment-based immigration petitions. VIBE uses commercially available information to validate basic information about companies or organizations petitioning to employ alien workers. The Ombudsman’s Office would like to hear from the stakeholder community to learn how VIBE has impacted filings, processing times, RFEs, and decisions. Participants are encouraged to join this discussion by anonymously sharing their own experiences during the teleconference.
To register, please RSVP to cisombudsman.publicaffairs@dhs.gov and reference "VIBE Telecon" in the subject line of your email. Participation in these teleconferences is anonymous for callers.
