Alabama Legislature Updates More Than 60 Business Entity Laws for 2026

Alabama lawmakers added or amended more than 60 provisions of the state’s business entity law during the 2025 legislative session. Updates affect sections governing conversion, merger, legality of actions, registered agents and corporate names.
