Indiana’s legislature approved changes to more than three dozen sections of the state’s laws governing business entities in 2024, including a new provision regarding notice requirements for health care entity mergers and acquisitions and amendments to the state’s LLC provision addressing the death of a sole member.
These and other updates changes are captured in the 2025 edition of Indiana Laws Governing Business Entities Annotated. Published by CSC in collaboration with LexisNexis, this book is the right resource to conduct research more effectively, complete transactions more efficiently, and advise clients with confidence.
This book features the full text of Title 23—Business and Other Associations from the Indiana Statutes, updated through the 2024 legislative session. Related sections covering taxation, trademarks, service
of process, investment securities and secured transaction from Burns Indiana Statutes are also included. The book’s Table of Sections Affected makes it easy to quickly see how the laws have changed, and the Legislative Summary provides an overview of the changes.
