What’s New in the 2026 Edition
The 2026 edition captures more than a dozen new case notes added since the 2025 edition. The edition also includes three full-text cases addressing recent legal developments in partnership law, arbitration and copyright infringement.

This edition features the full text of Title 23, Corporations, Associations and Partnerships, from the Missouri Statutes.
