A recent 2024 survey of more than 350 legal professionals from law firms of all sizes confirmed the value of Legal Analytics. A record 100% of users found Legal Analytics to be valuable, while 83% of non-users also viewed Legal Analytics as valuable. In addition, 80% of users reported that clients require or expect them to use Legal Analytics.
The survey also touched on the emergence of generative artificial intelligence (“gen AI”), revealing that two-thirds of Legal Analytics users were excited about the possibilities of generative AI. Moreover, twice as many Legal Analytics users felt prepared for gen AI compared to non-users.
