She represents public and private clients in mergers and acquisitions transactions, including tender offers, stock acquisitions, asset acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, cross-border acquisitions, auction transactions, defensive strategies, and going-private transactions. She has extensive experience in transactions involving public company targets and chairs the ABA’s Strategic Buyer / Public Target Deal Points Study.
