JULIE CAPELL IS A LABOR AND employment attorney and partner with Winston & Strawn LLP. She provides strategic labor and employment guidance by crafting policies and procedures that protect employers and minimize the risk of litigation. In addition, she is well versed in the unique body of employment laws and regulations that continually evolve in the state of California, as well as at the federal level. Ms. Capell has extensive experience defending employers in disputes involving wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour class actions. She has also represented lawyers and accountants in professional liability matters and a non-profit organization accused of failing to reasonably accommodate test takers with alleged disabilities.

MICHAEL R. OVERLY IS A PARTNER and technology lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP where he focuses on drafting and negotiating technology related agreements, software licenses, hardware acquisition, development, disaster recovery, outsourcing agreements, information security agreements, e-commerce agreements, and technology use policies. He counsels clients in the areas of technology acquisition, information security, electronic commerce, and online law. Mr. Overly is a member of the Technology Transactions & Outsourcing and Privacy, Security & Information Management Practices.
Mr. Overly is one of the few practicing lawyers who has satisfied the rigorous requirements necessary to obtain the Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information Systems Security Management Professional (ISSMP), Certified Risk and Information System Controls (CRISC) and Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) certifications.
