October 21, 2011 — NEW YORK - LexisNexis (www.lexisnexis.com), a leading provider of content and technology solutions, announced today it has reached a multi-year agreement to provide its CounselLink® software to Hawaiian Electric Company and its subsidiaries, which serve 95 percent of the state’s 1.2 million residents on the islands of Oahu, Maui, Hawaii Island, Lanai and Molokai. “We’re excited that Hawaiian Electric has chosen CounselLink to help them manage their outside legal matters and costs,” said Jeff Schuett, vice president and general manager, Corporate Counsel Solutions at LexisNexis. “With the introduction earlier this year of stronger matter management tools as well as our recent integration with Microsoft?
