LexisNexis Launches Attorney Match - Direct Call Service on attorneys.com

August 09, 2007

New Pay Per Call offering helps attorneys grow their business by driving phone calls directly from consumers

August 9, 2007 — New York, NY, August 9, 2007 - LexisNexis today launched Martindale-Hubbell® Attorney Match(SM) – Direct Call Service, a new Pay Per Call® service hosted on the newly launched attorneys.com assisted search lawyer directory. To develop the Direct Call Service, LexisNexis has joined forces with Ingenio, Inc., the leading provider of Pay Per Call advertising.

After a nominal set-up fee, Attorney Match – Direct Call Service allows attorneys to advertise but only get billed for calls received in response to the their ads, allowing them to  directly experience a  return on their marketing investment while targeting consumers with an immediate need for legal services.  Firms that subscribe to Attorney Match – Direct Call Service will receive phone calls via attorneys.com, lawyers.com, and the Ingenio® advertising network of Web search engines, Internet Yellow Page directories, mobile search providers, and free directory assistance services.  Through the Direct Call Service, attorneys will also be able to set the price they want to pay for each phone call received.

Attorney Match – Direct Call Service complements Martindale-Hubbell’s current Attorney Match – Email Inquiry Service, which sends emails inquiries from potential clients to a subscribing law firm’s in-box.  The Attorney Match services allow firms to evaluate targeted client inquiries from consumers searching attorneys.com with an immediate need for legal services.  And both services allow firms to see the direct result of their marketing efforts.

“This new offering is an important addition to the Martindale-Hubbell portfolio of products that help law firms connect with potential clients and grow their business,” said Sharon Lubrano, vice president of Client Development for LexisNexis. “Attorney Match – Direct Call Service is the first of several new planned pay for performance products scheduled for release in the year for Martindale-Hubbell.”
