Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2024 (NSW)
The commencement date for the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2024 (NSW) has been proclaimed for 19 May 2025.

Residential Tenancies Amendment Regulation 2025 (NSW)
The Residential Tenancies Amendment Regulation 2025 (NSW) (Regulation) has been issued with most provisions to commence on 19 May 2025.
The purpose of the Regulation is to amend the Residential Tenancies Regulation 2019 (NSW) resulting from the commencement of the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2024 (NSW).
