Leveraging these collaborations, Mr. Chen and his team pioneered and successfully implemented the 'Digital Employee Benefits Plan' at Dacheng Shanghai, tailored to the lawyer profession's specific demands, utilizing fully digital tools to provide coverage for all employees.

Adeptly guiding Nova Technology through the increasingly stringent regulatory landscape of data compliance, cyber security, and personal information protection, Mr. Chen advised Nova Technology Ltd. on securing its Series Angel, Series A and Series A+ funding, significantly strengthening the group companies’ growth trajectory. Meanwhile, he advised Iyunbao Technology Ltd. on its strategic acquisition of an overseas insurance brokerage license during the critical IPO filing period in the US, effectively advancing the group companies' internationalization strategy and reinforcing its dominant global insurance market position. In terms of representing investors, Mr. Chen recently advised a leading and prestigious institute who was one of investors in Series C++ funding of Insgeek, on its further strategic cooperation with Insgeek in business revolution, as well as DT Capital being the leading investor on Insgeek's Series C+++ funding.

Mr. Chen has gained himself highly appreciation and reputation as a professional lawyer who is also equipped with capacity of thoroughly understanding what is really cared by each party in a transaction and with ability of facilitating cooperation to a higher level for each party.  Recently, Mr. Chen has advised on strategic cooperation between Medbanks and Jianyi Tech, both of which are leading and prestigious participants in the industry connecting and delivering clear values to patients, doctors, medical institutions, pharmaceutical companies and commercial insurers across China’s healthcare system.
