In the past year, as the Chief Compliance Officer, Attorney Tong has established a compliance management system in a provincial state-owned listed financial holding group. He led the legal and compliance team to continuously prompt compliance risks and provide high-quality solutions, managing in balancing the complex regulatory obligations (including state-owned assets supervision, listed compliance supervision, and the supervision of various financial and quasi-financial businesses) and the group's business goals, thus laying an important foundation for the real implementation of the systematic top-level compliance design.
