Jenny, a newly qualified Greater Bay Area Lawyer, has been instrumental in the firm's campaign to expand its China Practice and collaboration in the Greater Bay Area (GBA). As a newly promoted junior partner, Cho Ying has brought in considerable revenue and established connections with  PRC law firms from different regions.

Jenny has achieved notable success in her legal practice. She acted for CITIC Banks and prevailed over Pan Sutong's side on all five of Pan's appeals. Additionally, she is involved in the first case on resale price maintenance in Hong Kong.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Jenny is actively involved in legal education and community service. She has been a counsel member of the International Youth Legal Exchange Federation which organises internship programs in the PRC for university students annually. Furthermore, she collaborated with an alumni association and a student organization to hold a legal career talk with 8 panelists in HKU last September, receiving positive feedback from participants.

With a growth mindset, Cho Ying has planned to complete the examinations for mediator accreditation and shall embark on her path to becoming a chartered arbitrator soon.
