He assisted Bosera in becoming one of the first managers to obtain approval to launch Virtual Asset spot ETFs, with an estimated AUM of US$100 million, showcasing his expertise in VA regulations. Additionally, Jason assisted Pioneer in obtaining the first regulatory approval to tokenize a fund, marking a milestone in Hong Kong's Web 3.0 regulations.

After joining Howse Williams in September 2023 as a new partner, Jason brought in more than 35 clients within his first year, and his team grew from 4 to 9 members.
