After graduating from Peking University in 2008, Attorney Zhou joined one of China's pioneering private equity fund teams. Over the past year, Attorney Zhou has made significant contribution to the firm by spearheading the development of the private real property fund business. She participated in two of the largest logistic real estate property funds and transaction projects in the market, each valued at over billions of yuan. When Attorney Zhou led the establishment of a logistic RMB fund invested by the leading insurance companies, she provided comprehensive legal services, including negotiations, regulatory advice, fund structuring, and drafting key legal documents, demonstrating exceptional leadership and collaboration.

As an expert in the private fund practices, Attorney Zhou actively engages in the development of private equity rules and regulations, participating in discussions with regulatory authorities such as the CSRC and AMAC. She has also contributed to The Asset Management Review for five years, showcasing her expertise and commitment to the legal industry.

As a Peking University Law School alumna, Attorney Zhou actively organized and led fundraising efforts among alumni to support the school's Excellence Programme and faculty research. For personal growth and to support women's groups, Attorney Zhou participated in the Dandelion Project - Women's Leadership Programme this summer.
