Natalie is a senior TMT lawyer with experience advising conglomerates on some of the most high-profile and complex matters, ranging from competition, artificial intelligence, consumer protection, product launches and corporate transactions. Having served as in-house counsel at Fortune 500 companies, Natalie has a good overview of everything – to bring a legal, financial and customer perspective, enabling her to provide creative and practicable solutions that align with business strategies.
Within the last year, Natalie took the lead in high-profile complex antitrust investigation and investigations relating to consumer protection. Having investigation experience and substantial knowledge of e-commerce business, she together with policy professionals handled the highest-profile inquiries from the National Assembly. Notably, she also pioneered unprecedented arrangements, including one of the first e-commerce filings for Alibaba’s overseas e-commerce platform in Korea.
Natalie’s leadership has been marked by innovations and awards. Natalie has been at the forefront of AI (artificial intelligence) to redefine legal operations, cementing Ping An Group’s in-house legal team as a candidate for Financial Times Asia Pacific Innovative Lawyer 2021. Notably, she is named one of LexisNexis 40 under 40 for the second consecutive year and this recognition reflects her commitment to not only mitigating legal and regulatory risks, but also her involvement in shaping a fast-changing e-commerce landscape.
