Roger is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in international law and business practices. His comprehensive understanding of clients' needs enables him to propose practical and feasible solutions.  Roger is the regional representative for the International Mediation Campus in Germany for China, Hong Kong, and Macau, introduced the first IMI-recognized international mediator training program directly accessible in China. Furthermore, Roger was appointed as a committee member in the Institutions & Organizations Division of the California Arbitration Association, actively participating in the planning and organising of California Arbitration Week 2023. He was also appointed as a committee member of the Beihai Asia International Arbitration Centre, contributing to the development of diverse commercial arbitration practices in Singapore.

In the past year, Roger successfully facilitated a partnership between his law firm, the Thai Consulate, and Xihongqiao Group. He contributed to the project "Arbitration in China: Building Global Influence in Dispute Resolution" by working with Richard A. Bales and helping to involve the Shenzhen and Xiamen Arbitration Centers. Moreover, he facilitated the firm's sponsorship as the only Chinese law firm for California Arbitration Week, and secured the firm's position as the sole newly established law firm sponsor for the first-ever ICC China Arbitration Week, marking it as the only non-"Red Circle" firm to achieve this distinction.

Roger participated as a legal expert in a legislative consultation seminar for the draft regulations on commercial mediation in Shanghai's Pudong New District, where he provided actionable legislative suggestions to improve mediation processes in the region. He has achieved the designation of Fellow with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIARB), showcasing a commitment to advancing arbitration expertise and enhancing dispute resolution skills. Becoming a Member of the ICC Institute of World Business Law and the British Institute of International and Comparative Law, Roger continues to actively engage in global legal discussions and expanding knowledge in international law and business practices.
