She has contributed to legislative consulting for Jiangsu Province and Nanjing City, advancing the compliance management and legal standardization of industrial technology. Additionally, she provides legal counsel on public data operations and has participated in numerous data asset compliance assessments and assetization projects. With her in-depth knowledge of corporate law and the Law on State-Owned Assets, she has supported multiple state-owned enterprises in legal consulting and dispute resolution, safeguarding and enhancing state-owned assets through innovative, trusted solutions.

In her legal practice, Rong consistently fosters strategic partnerships with key industry players. Over the past year, she has strengthened relationships with longstanding clients while securing several high-profile new ones. In one notable project, she led the integration of a legal technology platform and standardized asset management templates, streamlining legal review processes and improving asset management efficiency. These improvements not only saved time and resources but also enhanced legal awareness and skills among the client’s staff, delivering value beyond the scope of legal services.

Beyond her practice, Rong serves as Executive Director of the Digital Law Research Association of the Jiangsu Law Society and actively contributes to the research and application of digital law. She also teaches law courses at two universities and one high school.
