As the Equity Partner at Dacheng Law Offices, LLP (Shanghai)（“Dacheng Shanghai”）, Attorney Li became one of the youngest Equity Partners at Dacheng Shanghai. He also serves as the Deputy Director of the Culture and Media Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association, leading 50 of the top intellectual property and entertainment lawyers in the Shanghai area.

Attorney Li has a solid legal foundation and excellent professional skills, and is a core member of Dacheng' IP practice team. As the key initiator and organizer, he successfully initiated and organized the "2024 Dacheng Artificial Intelligence Legal Compliance and Intellectual Property Forum". He also took on the responsibility of being the head of the Telecom, Technology, and Media Practice Group at Dacheng Shanghai in facilitating business exchanges and collaboration among the group's partners and lawyers.

In terms of legal services, in 2023, Attorney Li represented the "Three-Body Copyright Ownership and Infringement Dispute Case. This case involves involved the interpretation of a series of historical agreements, the division of rights among multiple parties, and the cooperation and confrontation of commercial interests. Throughout the process, Attorney Weihua Li actively advocated for the best possible outcome for the client, ultimately facilitating a comprehensive commercial and legal settlement that satisfied all parties involved.

To contribute the legal industry, Weihua Li has participated in drafting the Cultural Entertainment Legal Practice published by the Shanghai Bar Association, and became an external mentor at Shanghai University of Political Science and Law and East China University of Science and Technology. He actively participates in community governance and strives to invest in legal education and pro bono legal consultations. In terms of personal growth, he is committed to continuous learning professional and management skills, and plans to pursue a J.S.D in Law within the next two years to further refine professional research. In the past year, he has participated in over 20 professional forums, bar association training sessions, and Dentons courses.
