Mr. Wang has considerable influence in the fields of real estate and construction engineering, as well as high-end commercial disputes resolution. He has undertaken more than ten maritime and commercial projects, including the "Legal Service Project for the Transportation of Cement Drilling Machines and Other Equipment in the Indonesian Market," the "Legal Service Project for the Transportation of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment on Mexico's Monterrey Lines 4, 5, and 6," the "Logistics Legal Service Project for the Morant Bay Municipal Comprehensive Park in Jamaica," the “Cocody Bridge Engineering Transportation Project in Ivory Coast," the "YS Ship Time Charter Legal Service Project," and the "Mombasa-Nairobi Railway Engineering Return Project". Among them, the “Cyprus LNG Pile and Pipe Marine Project” is particularly prominent, winning the "Deals of the Year 2023" award of China Business Law Journal and being included in the list of typical cases of legal services of the Belt and Road in 2024.
In terms of management, Mr. Wang is responsible for the inspection, negotiation, and establishment of the firm's overseas offices. In the past year, he has visited countries across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa, and the overseas offices in Serbia, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, and Vietnam are being established in an orderly manner.
In terms of public welfare, Mr. Wang is responsible for the implementation of the "China Legal Aid Foundation DOCVIT Public Welfare Legal Service Special Fund" and the "East, Central, and Western Training Program".
Mr. Wang has devoted significant effort to his personal career development, such as using online learning platforms like Coursera to learn the latest legal technology, the application of artificial intelligence in law, and other courses, maintaining sensitivity to cutting-edge technologies in the industry. In the future, he will continue to conduct in-depth research in the field of maritime and commercial law, constantly expanding his professional knowledge to meet the needs of complex international projects.
