Xu has also taken the initiative and driven the establishment of several internal policies for Primavera Capital, including the compliance framework and AML system.

Xu has demonstrated an exceptional ability to manage her workload effectively. Her hands-on approach ensures that every legal issue is addressed with the utmost care and attention to detail. Moreover, her proactive collaboration with external law firms has been instrumental in overseeing the legal affairs of the funds with a scale of 10 billion RMB under the management of Primavera Capital.

Xu has a keen sense for business, which enables her to strike a balance between business negotiations and risk control. She is adept at maximising the protection of Primavera Capital while simultaneously advancing the progress of transactions. The success of Primavera Capital's fourth USD fund honored with the "2023 Fundraising of the Year – Large Cap" award is inseparable from the cooperation of Xu and the legal department under her leadership.

In addition to participating in workshops and training sessions, she takes the initiative to study independently, enhancing her regulatory knowledge and sharing her insights with colleagues to foster a proactive problem-solving culture. Furthermore, she took positive actions to highlight her commitment to public welfare and health, such as supporting book donation activities and monthly donation plans for vulnerable children.
