Ms Zhou has passed both Chinese National Uniform Legal Professional Qualification Examination and New York State Bar Exam. As Miss ZHOU specialized in Carbon Market and Clean Energy Funds, she led the legal and compliance structuring of first regulated carbon credits fund in China, signed a publishing contract with top-ranking publishing house for a carbon market introduction and compliance book co-writed with Shihui Partners, as well as being invited to national expert seminar held by Chinese Academy of Environmental Planning of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of P. R. China. 

Ms. Zhou's achievements in legal business include not only leading the establishment of the Carbon Credits Fund last year, but also leading cross-border technology transformation cooperation negotiation between PKU and NU, introducing Founding Partner of FC to several potential LP for fundraising and portfolio co-investment, helping some investees explore development opportunities.

In addition to legal practices, Ms Zhou serves as Deputy Secretary-General in charge of Financial Compliance at United Financial Alumni of PKU. She organized several seminars online and on site on some hot topics, such as ESG and semi-conductor FDD seminar, and also acts as a Cornell Alumni Association Ambassador. Besides, she is Deputy Secretary-General of HK Chinese Industry and Commerce Federation as well.

Ms Zhou believes that learning requires continuous persistence, open mind and diversities.
