Ms Chen, as one of the  partners participating in the foundation of Jinghe Law Firm, leads the Mergers and Acquisitions Department, where she organises programs regarding acquisitions of listed companies and overseas corporate expansion, thereby strengthening and attracting new clients for the firm. When maintaining a professional, efficient, and responsible work attitude, Ms Chen served as the lead attorney in multiple cross-border projects, leading the team to collaborate with lawyers from the United States, Cayman, BVI, and other districts to provide services to clients and successfully complete project handovers. In the ZBAO's offshore convertible note project, facing challenges with transaction structures, she proposed alternative strategies, mitigating default risks. The project's successful completion post-IPO within six months highlights Ms Chen's expertise in international transactions.

Having transitioned from a non-equity partner of Zhong Lun to an equity partner of Jinghe, Ms. Chen faces more challenges and chances in independent business development and team management. She heads the Marketing and Branding Department of Jinghe, overseeing the establishment and operation of the firm's external communication platforms to build the firm's professional image through diverse channels.

Ms Chen serves as a member of the M&A Committee of Shanghai Bar Association. Besides, she is a guest lecturer at Fudan University's School of Management, where she has participated multiple courses in the MPACC program, sharing her practical experience in equity investments. Additionally, Ms Chen has been a member of an NGO, NGLegal, dedicated to fostering a better environment for legal professionals.

Ms. Chen serves as a legal volunteer in schools and communities to promote legal knowledge to the public. She also participated in editing the book Perspective—Examining the Special Rights of Private Equity Investment from Judicial Practice, which delves into 12 investor rights in equity investments, using domestic case law to demonstrate their practical impact. Recently, regarding the widely-discussed topic of redemption, Ms Chen has participated in organisation of a seminar for corporates to strategise and find solutions. She continues to share her insights and summaries through publications.
