As a senior partner, he leads a team that serves over a hundred enterprises in mainland China and Hong Kong, Notable clients he has served include Southern Metropolis Daily and its affiliated companies, Guangdong Broadcasting and Television Station, Southern Airlines, Guangzhou Public Transport Group, Times Commercial, GLC Architectural Design (USA), Meiji (Japan), Yilin Food (Taiwan), HK JEBN Limited, Tsui Wah Group (Hong Kong), among others.

Lawyer Zhang has demonstrated exceptional professional abilities in commercial law. He served as the special legal advisor for labour disputes, representing over 20 cases for China Southern Airlines. This includes cases involving compensation claims from Taiwanese flight attendants for breach of contract during the Covid-19 pandemic. Additionally, he assisted the company in navigating the procedures for terminating or transferring employment relationships during the closure of the Tianhe Yuan Hotel, a project managed by Guangzhou Nanlian Aviation Food Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Southern Airlines.

Consequently, Lawyer Zhang has received multiple accolades, including the "Business Achievement Award" and the "Social Responsibility Contribution Award" from the Guangzhou Bar Association in both 2023 and 2024. He serves as the Deputy Director of the 10th Guangzhou Bar Association Enterprise Legal Advisory Professional Committee and is recognised as one of the first leading foreign-related lawyers in Guangzhou.
