Lawyer Li has been teaching a course on "Corporate Governance Practice" at Fudan University for 5 years and serving as a part-time postgraduate tutor at Fudan University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, East China University of Political Science and Law, and Shanghai University of Political Science and Law.On April 7, 2023, the annual serial publication "Research Report on China's Commercial and Financial Justice (2021-2022)", which he is the executive editor of, was officially released, garnering a warm response.

Since Li worked in an intermediate court in Shanghai for many years and then served as an arbitrator at arbitration institutions, he possesses the dual perspective of a referee and a lawyer in handling cases. On March 20, 2024, he represented and won a difficult case, which was selected as one of the Top 10 Typical Cases in 2023 (Case 6) released by the Shanghai Financial Court. This is the second time a case he has led and won has been selected as a typical case after 2021. Based on his performance in 2023, Li was awarded as one of the "2024 ALB China Top 15 Rising Lawyers".

In the corporate sphere, Lawyer Li has demonstrated his outstanding professional skills and dedication. He proposed setting up mobile offices for foreign lawyers to reduce office costs, enhance communication among lawyers, and improve their sense of belonging. He also served as a member of the Partner Affairs Committee of the Firm, participated in the discussion and formulation of nearly 10 internal system documents, and dealt with numerous disputes between senior partners.

Beyond law, Lawyer Li explores other useful roles in the legal industry, such as being a panelist for the Law Sub-forum of Fudan University Doctoral Academic Forum, a trainer in the investment backbone of Baoshan, Shanghai, and a judge in the MOOT Shanghai General Round Competition.

Li always maintains enthusiasm for judicial research. He organises and participates in academic activities every year. He has led the co-authorship of two books on law and co-authored one academic monograph on law. He has also participated in numerous major projects of the National Social Science Foundation and the Supreme Court.
