As JD Group's PRC legal advisor, Mr. Zhang provided comprehensive services for the company's $2 billion convertible bond issuance, including due diligence, PRC legal opinions, regulatory communications, and foreign debt registration in China. This project was the second-largest convertible bond issuance by a Chinese company listed in the U.S. and the largest by an Asian company since 2024. Mr. Zhang leveraged his deep understanding of capital market regulations and regulatory communication experience. He led his team to efficiently complete the necessary tasks, ensuring the successful and timely completion of the convertible bond issuance.

Mr. Zhang serves as the Vice Secretary-General of the Securities Business Research Association under the Beijing Chaoyang Lawyers Association. He advanced the association's securities business initiatives, and participated as a key member in the establishment of the fourth securities business research of Beijing Chaoyang Lawyers Association.

Mr. Zhang has received high recognition in the capital market sector.
