With her experience in overseas capital markets, Ms. Zhu has grown from handling business execution to managing a legal team to be a real partner of a law firm. Ms. Zhu, as the PRC legal advisor of  LEAPMOTOR, participated in the project of LEAPMOTOR H shares equity financing with Stellantis N.V., and involved a huge investment of approximately $1 billion, setting a new record for a well-known European automotive company investing in a Chinese new energy vehicle production company. The deal execution has high professional requirements on PRC legal advisors, who should be familiar with not only the relevant regulations of H shares, but also new  regulations of overseas listing issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission, the A-share listing rules and anti-monopoly rules.

Furthermore, Ms ZHU as the PRC legal advisor of the underwriters also participate in the project of iDreamSky Technology Holdings Limited convertible bonds issuing with approximately HK $386 million, and as PRC legal advisor of joint sponsors participate in the IPO of TUHU(途虎养车) which is a leading online and offline integrated car service platform in China with the total market value of HK $23.96 billion upon its IPO. Ms ZHU has been involved in multiple projects over the past year, having received nominations of several transactional awards for her law firm. In addition, since the implementation of new regulations of overseas listings in early 2023, Ms ZHU has actively utilized her experience in the field of overseas capital markets to participate in discussions and drafting of internal compliance systems, rules, and document templates for the law firm to support the establishment of the regulatory framework of overseas listings for the law firm.
