Mr. Yu is an experienced partner in the field of labour and employment. He is good at assisting enterprises in handling complex and innovative legal matters in this field, and has extensive successful experience, especially in serving new economy and high-tech companies, investment funds and financial institutions, foreign companies, state-owned enterprises, founders and executives.

In addition to serving as a perennial legal counsel for several leading enterprises, Mr. Yu has a lot of innovative and successful experience in handling critical matters such as stock option and employee incentives design, introduction and exit of co-founders and executives, investigation, handling and litigation of employee fraud, negotiation on industrial relations and equity, talent competition and trade secret protection, human resources compliance, flexible employment, employee information and privacy compliance, the handling of emergencies, corporate control battles and capital operation of human resource enterprises.

In 2023, he stood out in the fierce market competition and undertook a shareholder control dispute project, one of the major representatives in legal services for control in recent years, with a target value of nearly CNY 100 billion.

In his spare time, he transforms into a award presenter to participate in the "Healthy Walking Competitive Future" themed walking competition, presenting awards to the participating team members who won prizes.
